 A Master Development Plan for Phase 1 of the Airline Road PD, also known as the Shops at Arlington, a 24-acre parcel located on the southeast corner of Milton Wilson Boulevard and Airline Road was recently approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.  The proposal included a 123,000 square foot Kroger Marketplace with a drive-thru pharmacy, click list area, and fuel center.  A multi-tenant shopping center and four (4) outparcels are also proposed for the site.  (No information has been received regarding the multi-tenant building or the outparcels.)  More information regarding the site can be found by visiting the SHOP Companies website at http://shopcompanies.com/.

White Oak Ph 1 2
The Villages at White Oak PD, 1st Addition - Phase 1A & 1B

  Phase 1A of the Villages at White Oak consists of 32 lots and is located on the east side of Milton Wilson, south of the Kensington PD.  Lots in Phase 1 range from 12,600 to 20,000 s.f., and homes will have a minimum square footage of 2,450 s.f.
Phase 1B is also located on the east side of Milton Wilson, but is adjacent to the Villages at White Oak PD, Phase 1.  Lots in Phase 1B are smaller than those in Phase 1A;  they range in size from 8,125 to 9,500 s.f. and will have homes with a minimum heated s.f. of 2,250.
