Mr. Harmon is currently serving his second term as Alderman until 2024. He was elected to his first term in the 2015 municipal election. He was born and raised in Memphis and moved to Arlington in 2008.
Family
Alderman Harmon has been married to his wife Angela for 26 years. They have three children Mitch, Matthew, and McKinsey and three grandchildren Chase, Cole, and Claire.

He is currently serving on the Arlington Board of Zoning Appeals; Member of the Arlington Safety Committee; and Member of the Arlington Chapter of APTA.
Career
Alderman Harmon is a Battalion Chief for Memphis Fire Department and has been serving since 1979.
