Mr. McKee was elected to his first term as Alderman in the 2005 municipal election. He was elected following a successful write-in campaign. He has served since then and was recently re-elected in August 2022. He also serves as the Town's Vice Mayor. 

Family
Lynn (wife of 50 years); 2 sons – Mike (wife Denita) and Jeff (wife Amanda); 4 granddaughters, Jordan, Aubrey, Olivia, Kendall; all live in Arlington.

Career
Retired Packaging/Projects Manager for Riviana Foods in Memphis; was with Riviana Foods for 34 years. Mr. McKee has been in management for over 40 years.

Graduate of Clarke Jr. College (Business); attended the University of Memphis and studied Business Management; has continued education in Management Effectiveness, Coaching and Counseling, Managing Multiple Priorities, Executive Development, Effective Communication and Controlling Costs and Budgets.

Hobbies
Woodworking, fishing, and all sports.
