The Town of Arlington is accepting Requests for Proposals for:

Town of Arlington – Facilities Janitorial Services

This requires licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Arlington at the office of the Town Recorder, Town Hall, 5854 Airline Road, Arlington, TN 38002 until 2:00 o’clock P.M. local time, on May 16th, 2024. All questions should be directed in writing to Brittney Owens, Recorder/Treasurer at bowens@townofarlington.org

The Instructions to Request for Proposals, and other contract documents may be examined and downloaded free of charge at the following location:

A physical copy of the plans and specifications may be viewed at Town Hall.

The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals.
