A PD Master Plan for a mixed-use professional development on 45 acres on the south side of Milton Wilson Blvd. The PD incorporates a mixture of retail, office, hospitality (hotel), amenities, and residential uses. No specific end users or building plans are proposed at this time.

A 2021 Amendment revised the plan to add 60 senior housing lofts (age-restricted), replace an office complex with 39 fee-simple ownership townhomes, and replace flex warehouse space with 25 detached single-family homes.
