Walk With Ease

Stay Healthy Arlington!

A new Walk With Ease (WWE) program is starting soon. It's geared toward All Adults, especially those with issues such as arthritis, high blood pressure, and diabetes. There will be multiple 6-week courses - the first one starts April 8th.

What you need to know:

  • No membership Required - because we want all adults to participate, not just seniors.

  • When: the first 6-week course starts April 8th and will meet on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

  • Where: groups meet at the Crossing Amphitheater in Forrest St. Park.

  • Flexible times: You can choose morning or evening (10:30AM or 6:00PM) - whatever works for you.

  • Set your own pace: don't worry, you can choose how far and how long you want to walk. We will partner up - so no one has to walk alone.

  • Educational: along with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches, we'll add in educational content.

  • Stay connected: If you can't make it to all 3 days each week - we'll keep in touch to encourage your goals.

So make a 6-week pledge to yourself to be healthier - and come join us!!
