Community Wellness Walk

A Partnership with the National Recreation and Park Association

Adults of ALL ages are welcome to join us for a FREE Community Walking Program! This program is for both beginner and experienced fitness levels. Our goal is to foster connections through better health to help our community thrive! Please contact us before you arrive, so we know to expect you. See below for contact information.

What you need to know:

  • No membership Required - we want all adults to participate, not just seniors.

  • When: May 19th-June 27th

  • Where: Amphitheater The Crossing 12121 Forrest St.

  • Flexible times: Please call for current times .

  • Set your own pace: You can choose how far and how long you want to walk. We will also have fun with additional balance and coordination exercises.

  • Educational: along with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches, we'll add in educational content from Walk with Ease.

  • Stay connected: If you can't make all 3 days each week - we'll keep in touch to encourage your goals.

Health and Wellness Workshop
