Solid Waste & Recycle Collections

Residential Services - Arlington provides residential waste and refuse collection services to its residents through a contract with Waste Pro of Tennessee. Details of each of the services provided is offered below, including: Garbage, Recycling, Yard/Bulk debris, and Household hazardous waste.

Nonresidential Services - Non-residential facilities in Arlington are responsible for providing their own collection services.

NEW RESIDENTS

Welcome!

New residents within the Arlington town-limits should contact Public Works at (901) 867-4980 to establish new trash collection service.

MONTHLY FEE & BILLING

Waste services are billed directly on your monthly MLGW bill.

The monthly fee is $40.54 for residents, which includes weekly service: 1 garbage bin, 1 recycle bin, and yard debris pick-up.

COLLECTION SCHEDULE

Waste Pro collects Monday - Friday, unless the schedule is shifted due to a holiday or other event. Collection holidays are listed below.
