Here’s what you need to know:
No membership required: You don’t need to be a center member to participate.
Flexible sessions: We’ll have multiple six-week sessions on M:W:F - one in the morning and one in evening (10:30 am or 6:00 pm)
We meet at the Crossing Amphitheater
Educational component: Along with warm-ups, cool-downs, and stretches, we’ll provide educational content.
Set your pace: Choose how far and how long you want to walk.
We will partner up so no one has to walk alone!
