Town staff and officials recently welcomed the community to celebrate the completion of Town Hall renovations on February 2, 2026. Despite icy roads and snowy weather, residents and business owners stopped by to tour the updated space, pick up 125th anniversary giveaways, and visit with staff and elected officials.

The renovation project began last summer and nearly doubled the building’s office space, eliminating the need for shared offices and creating a more efficient workspace for staff. Originally built in 1980, Town Hall has seen several updates over the years, but this marks one of the most significant improvements to date, with nearly every area of the building enhanced.

Upgrades include additional offices, two dedicated conference rooms, a larger public lobby, and expanded on-site file storage — reducing storage costs and improving access to important records.

While the space is expected to serve as a temporary solution for Town Hall operations, the building itself will continue to support the Town in a variety of municipal functions for many years to come.
