PUBLIC NOTICE - The Town of Arlington Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Wednesday May 6, 2026, at Town Hall, 5854 Airline Rd, to consider the following:

- a Conditional Use Permit for the TN 1002 US HWY 70 Cell Tower located at 11998 US HWY 70, and

- a Variance request to exceed the maximum height of a privacy fence at 5848 Linden Oak Dr E
